Position Title Storage Administrator Experience Required 5 to 6 yearsFTC12 monthsSkillsNetApp OnTap C mode and 7 modesBrocade and Cisco SAN SwitchesZone management and SAN connectivity performance troubleshootingLUN mapping, masking, management, and depth experience with NetApp NAS (NFS/CIFS)Performance capture from the storage side and root-cause analysis of critical issuesReplication using SnapMirror/SnapVault, snapshot retention, and snapshot clonesStorage monitoring and syslog configuration/monitoringGood knowledge of FC and iSCSI protocolsStorage Fabric OS firmware upgrade and software configuration troubleshooting (shelf, disk, CF, IC, etc.)Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and preparing technical documentationMandatory: HP-Storage, EMC StorageDepth experience in NetApp NAS/SAN and ESERIES platformsJob DescriptionProvide support and resolution for level 2 and level 3 troubleshooting across all listed platforms.Perform zoning tasks, including creation of alias zones and ongoing management.Handle firmware upgrade and troubleshooting on Brocade and Cisco SAN switches.Set up and provision aggregate volumes with thin provisioning, compression, deduplication, snapshot retention, and clone subjects.Execute performance-related troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of critical issues.Upgrade Storage Fabric OS firmware and resolve related software configuration issues.QualificationsMinimum 5–6 years of experience in storage administration.Proficiency with NetApp OnTap, NetApp NAS/SAN, ESERIES, HP-Storage, and EMC Storage.Strong troubleshooting skills for level 2/3 incidents.Knowledge of FC, iSCSI, and SAN zoning.Experience with performance monitoring and root cause analysis.Knowledge of service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).Seniority LevelMid-SeniorEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting#J-*****-Ljbffr
