Per azienda multinazionale leader nel settore Home & Personal Care, siamo alla ricerca di un/una: Continuous Improvement & TPM ManagerIl/La professionista si occuperà di sviluppare e implementare nei plant produttivi le strategie di Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) e di Miglioramento Continuo con l'obiettivo di migliorare l'efficienza operativa, ridurre gli sprechi e le inefficienze e sviluppare una cultura dell'eccellenza operativa.La risorsa lavorerà a stretto contatto con tutte le funzioni aziendali (Manufacturing, Planning & Logistics, Purchasing, Quality, Finance) e avrà riporto diretto un Continuous Improvement Specialist.ResponsabilitàGuidare e sviluppare i programmi di TPM nel plant supportando la Produzione e la Manutenzione.Sviluppare e guidare le iniziative di Miglioramento Continuo basate su metodologie Lean, Six Sigma e Kaizen.Analizzare i processi produttivi e le performance degli impianti monitorando i principali indicatori di efficienza (OEE, MTTR, MTBF).Conduzione di progetti di miglioramento in collaborazione con Produzione, Manutenzione, Qualità e Logistica.Guidare le attività di manutenzione autonoma e prevenzione coinvolgendo attivamente gli operatori.Utilizzare gli strumenti di problem solving (FMEA, 5 Whys, RCA, PDCA, DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping).Pianificare e tenere corsi di formazione e sviluppo per il personale.Supportare la digitalizzazione delle attività di manutenzione e produzione con particolare focus sulle tecnologie Industry 4.0 (MES).Sostenere la crescita e l'inclusione all'interno del team tramite coaching, mentoring e feedback continuo.RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale, Gestionale o equivalente.5+ anni di esperienza in posizioni di Responsabile di Miglioramento Continuo/TPM / Responsabile di Stabilimento in ambienti manifatturieri complessi.Conoscenza approfondita di Lean Manufacturing e Six Sigma (preferibile certificazione Green Belt o Black Belt).Esperienza di data analysis e uso di strumenti di Performance Monitoring.Leadership e soft skills orientate alla gestione del cambiamento e al coinvolgimento delle persone.Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e interpersonali con esperienza nel lavoro in team interfunzionali.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglesePensi che potrebbe essere la posizione giusta per te?Invia subito il tuo Cv#J-*****-Ljbffr
