Main areas of activity•Marketing team: provide services when requested.• Lunch tickets: place monthly orders, provide Excel files for payments by IHB, order/replace cards for employees.•Safety: ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all procurement activities together with RSPP and HR guidance (ensure medical devices in the office are suitable, arrange orders for expired or depleted medical devices).•Company vehicles: under HR and Finance guidance, order/replace fuel cards, liaise with external car provider (Arval and VW Leasing) for new agreements and updates, archive for delivery reports, manage fines.•Company mobile devices: order/replace Sim cards, archive assigned devices reports, organize delivery/return of devices for employees.•Stationery: organize procurement.
