Il nostro cliente: un'importante società di consulenza moderna, dedicata a contribuire al successo dei propri clienti attraverso soluzioni complete e consulenze personalizzate in ambito fiscale, contabile, legale e aziendale.Il ruolo:siamo alla ricerca di un Accounting and Tax Department Manager che guiderà un team dinamico di 10 persone e diventerà il punto di riferimento per tutte le questioni contabili e fiscali.In questo ruolo, sarai formato da esperti del settore e avrai la possibilità di:Gestire, coordinare, organizzare emotivare il tuo team, garantendo un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e stimolante.Fornire consulenza ai clienti, supportandoli con soluzioni commerciali e fiscali su misura.Coordinare e redigere le dichiarazioni dei redditi per le aziende clienti.Monitorare e controllare la contabilità di aziende operanti in diversi settori.Assicurarti che tutte le scadenze fiscali siano rispettate, curando la preparazione e redazione di bilanci e dichiarazioni.Quali caratteristiche verificheremo:Un solido background formativo in ambito contabile e fiscale.Autonomia nella gestione di bilanci e nella preparazione delle dichiarazioni.Italiano e tedesco fluenti (MUST HAVE)Conoscenza delle imposte indirette, in particolare IVA.Esperienza nella gestione e sviluppo delle risorse umane.Orientamento al cliente e esperienza nella vendita di servizi.Una forte propensione al risultato, con capacità persuasive e ottime doti di comunicazione.Cosa Offriamo:un ambiente di lavoro stimolante e collaborativo, con molte opportunità di crescita professionale e personale.Un lavoro vario con ampie possibilità di sviluppo.Formazione continua e ore dedicate allo sviluppo personale e professionale.Inquadramento da dipendente, orario flessibile e settimana corta di 4,5 giorni lavorativi.#J-*****-Ljbffr
