OverviewJoin to apply for theArea Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Apparel & Protectivesrole atAtomicShape the future of ski apparel and protective gear in Northern ItalyAtomic, the world-renowned leader in ski equipment, is looking for anArea Sales Manager – Apparel & Protectivesto drive growth and inspire partners across Lombardia and South Tyrol.This isn't just a sales role - it's your chance to champion Atomic's apparel and protective product lines, build strong retail and rental partnerships, and bring exceptional experiences to skiers across your territory.If you're passionate about the mountains, thrive on strategic sales, and love turning great products into unforgettable customer experiences, this is the role for you.What you will be doingDeveloping seasonal joint business plans with Brand Centers and Value Dealers to grow key Apparel & Protective product categories.Executing strategic account plans to expand categories, drive sell-through, and generate incremental consumer demand.Driving sales growth across channels in Lombardia and South Tyrol, including ski schools, clubs, and sports associations.Ensuring profitable and sustainable retailer-rental growth in your territory.Managing the full order book and resolving delivery or credit issues to guarantee timely supply.Activating trade marketing and sell-through programs in collaboration with internal Marketing teams.Leading product presentations and consumer events to showcase the value, innovation, and technical features of Atomic's Apparel & Protective lines.Representing Atomic at events and collaborating internally to share best practices, contribute to team meetings, and ensure a superior customer experience.Your profile and required competenciesProven sales expertise in apparel and winter sports equipment, with at least 3+ years in account management or a similar roleStrong business acumen, advanced Excel and data analysis skillsConfident in digital tools and IT systems, using data to drive smarter sales decisionsExcellent relationship-building, negotiation, and solution-selling skillsCustomer-focused, with outstanding communication and presentation abilitiesFluency in Italian and English;
