## Maintenance ManagerCollecchio Montechiarugolo, ItalyNestled in the picturesque surroundings of Collecchio, near the vibrant city of Parma, dsm-firmenich is proud to announce the opening of a cutting-edge production plant in early ****.The new state-of-the-art facility will feature the latest technologies such as ASTAROME, to enable the use of liquid flavors in dry blends, and the production of more cost-effective reaction flavors.With automated packaging lines and modern warehouse, sampling, QC lab, and expansion capacity to ship, the site will be a state-of-the-art place to help fulfill the ambition of Taste, Texture & Health of dsm-firmenich.It will be a place where talent and technology come together to fulfill our ambition: shaping the future together and driving the progress of food innovation.To bring this visionary plant to life, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager who thrives on working with advanced automated systems and process technologies, and who shares our passion for food innovation.This is a unique opportunity to take your career to the next level in an inspiring and dynamic environment.Join us and play a key role in shaping the future of food experiences**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to develop and manage projects related to plant's changes, expansions, renovations (including selection and management of the ideal suppliers for each project).• Plan and supervise routine and extraordinary maintenance activities on buildings, facilities, equipment and machinery, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule.• Manage a team of maintenance technicians (electricians and mechanics), setting priorities, organizing shifts and ensuring the management of activities through formal work permit procedures (e.g., work at height, hot work, confined space) and making sure the application of LOTOTO procedures.• Manage the purchasing and stock control of engineering parts/spares assuring the availability of critical components.• Coordinate interventions with external suppliers and contractors.• Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement strategies (TPM, Lean Maintenance) to ensure assets are optimized throughout their entire service life.**WE BRING** • Unique career paths across health, nutrition and beauty -
