Mission Within the Communication team, the Communication Assistant supports the coordination and execution of corporate and internal communication activities.Reporting to the Head of Department, the role combines organizational, administrative, and operational support with the opportunity to progressively take ownership of selected communication projects in a hands-on and agile environment.The role contributes to the smooth functioning and efficiency of communication operations across the organization.Key responsibilities Provide organizational and administrative support to the communication teamSupport coordination activities and operational follow-up at team and group levelOrganize meetings and working sessions, including agenda coordination, preparation, minutes, and follow-up of action itemsManage and monitor administrative processes (purchase orders, supplier follow-up, documentation, tracking and light reporting)Manage, update, and maintain content across communication platforms (intranet, website, social media, internal tools)Provide operational and logistical support for communication initiatives and eventsContribute to the coordination, monitoring, and follow-up of communication projects, in interaction with internal and external stakeholdersSkills and Qualifications You haveA bachelor degree or equivalent by experienceA first experience in communication, management support, or project coordinationA strong interest in administrative and coordination tasksGood writing and synthesis skillsFluent in English and FrenchComfortable with digital and collaboration toolsKnowledge in Canva, Adobe Photoshop is an assetExperience working with international stakeholders (US or China) is a plusAnd you areProactive and reliable, with a hands-on mindsetFlexible and adaptable, comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environmentWell-organized and structured, able to handle administrative and operational tasks efficientlyA team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across functions and culturesWhat we offer An open-ended contractAttractive benefits: A competitive package including the possibility of a company car, meal vouchers, group insurance, and more.Internal mobility: Benefit from numerous career development opportunities across different departments and projects within a fast-growing global company.Recruitment Process First interview – with Luis de la Serna (Recruiter)Second interview – with Olivier Lechien (Hiring Manager)#J-*****-Ljbffr
