CAD OperatorDepartment: INTERNAL MANUFACTURINGCity: FlorenceLocation: ITINTRODUCTIONJOB PURPOSEThe CAD Operator deals with the creation of patterns for luxury leather goods using the Mozart program.Their work must follow the indications from the Product Development Department, and they are responsible for updating the patterns if any changes are needed.Furthermore, they will have daily communication and interaction with experienced bench workers.RESPONSIBILITIESCreation of patterns with the use of Mozart programDefining and creating leather goods that designers have sent to Product Development DepartmentPrinting the pattern with Cad systemInputting updates if requested by the Product Development Departmentli>Sharing information and issues with other Prototypist Operators and with the Industrialization and Product Development departmentsOverseeing the activities of Bench WorkersPERSONAL PROFILEProven CAD modelling experience within the luxury/fashion industryKnowledge of lean manufacturing processes and leather goods/raw materials like canvans or nylonCertification for software such as mozart for leather goods will be considered a plusPassionate about leather goods development and productionKnowledge of all processes/phases used in the creation of a luxury bagFOOTERBurberry is an Equal Opportunities Employer and as such, treats all applications equally and recruits purely on the basis of skills and experience.#J-*****-Ljbffr
