Do you want to build a better future?About Enfinity GlobalEnfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies, governments, and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy.Our role as a leading IPP is to develop, finance, build, operate, and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe, Asia, and the Americas through our offices in the USA, Spain, Italy, UK, Netherlands, India, and Japan.Our team of over 250 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals, as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle.We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners.Job DescriptionEnfinity Global Enfinity is seeking a Head of Construction with a team player approach and extensive knowledge of constructions and projects of PV plants in Italy.The Head of Construction will be responsible for supporting active projects in Italy in construction, and the following commissioning activities.Responsibility/DutiesOverall responsibility for Enfinity Global's construction operations in Europe, with a main focus on Italy.Leadership in supporting the Business Development team in opening up new technologies and countries, as well as supporting the Development team from the Single Authorization to the Notice to Proceed (NTP) phase.Oversight of planning, scheduling, and execution of solar/BESS EPC projects in Italy, ensuring project goals are met and maintaining high-quality standards.Monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions.Managing project costs, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions to stay within budgetary limits.Leadership of the construction team (Project Managers and Site Supervisors), providing support, guidance, and mentoring.Development and implementation of new strategies to reduce construction costs in the Italian portfolio.Ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process.RequirementsEngineering degree (preferable).Proven experience in managing business operations and overseeing EPC projects in the renewable energy sector.In-depth knowledge of construction regulations and practices in Italy.Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.Excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skills.Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all internal and external stakeholders.Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.In Enfinity Global group you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries.Here we will foster your professional and personal growth, and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change.Let's build our future together.Visit to discover more about our culture and values.BenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePension PlanPaid Time OffWork From HomeTraining & DevelopmentPerformance BonusCompany Car#J-*****-Ljbffr
