which includes meeting and/or exceeding monthly goalsAccurately enter new lease, renewal, and rental application information – verify all required information and submit to management for approvalGuide applicants through the leasing cycle; ensure all requirements are met prior to resident move-in and accurately collect all needed monies/feesPrepare leases, renewals and all needed addendaMaintain and manage new and existing lease files; complete projects in a timely manner as set forth by managementAssist in move-in / move-out processReceive and enter resident service requestsRespond to resident inquiries and concerns promptly; document and communicate requests to appropriate departmentsConduct follow up phone calls/emails with residents to ensure resident satisfactionAssist with resident programs and retention strategiesShop competitors and complete market surveysEnsure leasing office, model(s), vacant units and common areas meet readiness standards on a daily basisMaintain detailed knowledge of local market and conditionsMaintain confidentiality and ensure all sensitive information received is properly securedOther duties may be assigned as neededMinimum Education and/or Work ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required.At least one year of sales and customer service experience required.QualificationsHigh-school graduate, College graduate preferredActive/'in good standing' leasing license in the State of Illinois3 years of sales experience or minimum 2 year of multifamily leasing experience requiredSuccessful track record in leasing and/or sales;
