SICIM is a Construction Company established in **** and offering all types of services related to the installation of pipelines and relevant ancillary facilities for the transmission and distribution of oil, gas and water on an international basis.PositionSICIM S.p.A. is looking for a Senior Piping Engineer with 8-10 experience in the preparation of Piping & equipment layout, plot plan, MTO, TBE.Experience of FEED as well as detail design (EPC) of greenfield & brownfield projects.The person will be responsible for the following activities :Quantum of work and effective management of engineering resources to be planned within the piping department (based on the overall project plan by the planning dept).Effective utilization of engineering resources in order to achieve maximum completion with the least consumption of man-hoursTo develop plot plans, detailed design drawings & sketches for process, mechanical equipment, piping general arrangement, equipment layout & piping isometrics.Prepare a detailed piping discipline work execution schedule that is coordinated and compatible with the other engineering disciplinesPlanning of procurement-related activities such as preparation of MR, Vendor Document Review / approval cycle and vendor finalization meetings.Prepare technical bid evaluation.Participate as a part of the proposal team in pre-bid meetings with the client for proposal developmentPreparation of piping & support MTO & material requisitions for piping itemsInter discipline coordination, responsibility of IDC matrixFamiliar with construction activities & ready to visit on-site to resolve construction-related problems.To prepare as-built drawings based on RLM drawings / final survey reports.Hands-on working experience on BIM software like Revit or equivalent AutoCAD 3D, will be preferred.Communicate closely with all members of the project team and highlight potential design clashes or interferences.To work in compliance with ISO **** requirements, company procedures and local regulations.RequirementsMinimum a Technical Diploma in Engineering Background with at least 8-10 years of design experience with an engineering consultancy / EPC company working for Industrial plants.Good experience in 2 D & 3 D Drawings preparation.Should be fully proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent software.Multi-discipline exposure is required.Good communication and interpersonal skills, should be fluent in English.Other informationWork Location :Close the Metro \"yellow\" Corvetto and train station Rogoredo#J-*****-Ljbffr
