Stiamo selezionando un o una Automation Engineer con focus On-Site & Commissioning per una realtà specializzata in soluzioni di automazione industriale per il settore farmaceutico.La persona selezionata sarà il riferimento tecnico per le attività in campo legate all'installazione, al collaudo, alla messa in servizio e alla validazione finale dei sistemi di controllo automatico (PLC, HMI, SCADA) presenti negli impianti produttivi.Il ruolo prevede una presenza significativa presso i siti dei clienti per garantire l'integrazione corretta dei sistemi e la piena conformità alle normative GMP/GAMP.OffertaInserimento diretto in un contesto altamente specializzato nel settore Lifescience;RAL indicativa tra 45K e 65K commisurata all'esperienza e alle certificazioni;Attività su tecnologie leader di mercato (Siemens, Rockwell, SCADA evoluti);Ruolo operativo e tecnico ad alta responsabilità nella fase di avvio impianti;Crescita su validazione CSV e standard normativi farmaceutici;Possibilità di viaggi frequenti in Italia e all'estero per test e commissioning;ResponsabilitàEseguire e/o supervisionare i FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) per verificare la logica di controllo prima della spedizione;Guidaree completare i SAT (Site Acceptance Test) presso il cliente durante l'installazione degli impianti;Eseguire attività di Commissioning con verifica della connettività elettrica e dei segnali I/O;Condurre le attività di Start-up, incluse tarature e calibrazioni della strumentazione;Eseguire i protocolli IQ e OQ in sito garantendo la piena conformità normativa;Gestiredeviazioni, modifiche e change control durante le attività di validazione;Forniresupporto tecnico e troubleshooting hardware, software o di rete in fase di collaudo;Collaborare con i team di manutenzione e produzione per il training sul funzionamento dei sistemi automatizzati;RequisitiLaurea in Ingegneria dell'Automazione, Elettronica, Informatica o titolo equivalente;Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella programmazione PLC e nell'automazione di impianti;Competenza su PLC/HMI/SCADA Siemens S7/TIA Portal, Rockwell, WinCC, FactoryTalk o Zenon;Capacità di lettura e verifica di schemi elettrici, P&ID e documentazione tecnica;Solida conoscenza dell'hardware di automazione (cablaggio, I/O, strumenti di campo);Forte capacità di troubleshooting su guasti complessi in ambienti produttivi;Flessibilitàe disponibilità a viaggi frequenti e a orari non convenzionali in fase di Start-up;Requisiti PreferenzialiEsperienza in Commissioning, IQ/OQ e validazione secondo lo standard GAMP 5;Familiarità con CSV (Computerized System Validation) e documentazione On-Site;ChisonoSono un consulente esperto nella ricerca e selezione di profili tecnici in ambito automazione industriale e Lifescience.Presento le opportunità in modo trasparente e professionale, con l'obiettivo di valorizzare le competenze e il percorso delle persone.Se vuoi approfondire la posizione o hai domande, scrivimi in privato: sarò felice di aiutarti.
