MILU FLORENCE è una delle nostre strutture alberghiere nel cuore di Firenze, che fa parte del gruppo Milu Group, una nuova e dinamica catena alberghiera in rapida crescita.Con un'attenzione particolare al design moderno e al comfort, i nostri alberghi offrono un'esperienza unica e indimenticabile ai nostri ospiti.Il nostro obiettivo è creare una rete di strutture di alta qualità, dove l'ospitalità e l'eccellenza del servizio sono al primo posto.Ciascun hotel della nostra catena è progettato per integrarsi perfettamente nel contesto urbano, offrendo una base ideale sia per i viaggiatori d'affari che per i turisti.Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Receptionist per MILU FLORENCE Hotel****.Il candidato ideale sarà il primo punto di contatto per i nostri ospiti, offrendo un servizio di accoglienza di alta qualità e contribuendo a creare un'esperienza indimenticabile.Responsabilità: - Accogliere ed effettuare le operazioni di check in all'arrivo degli ospiti e il check-out degli ospiti in modo efficiente e cortese.- Fornire informazioni sull'hotel, i suoi servizi, sulle attrazioni turistiche locali.- Gestire le prenotazioni, le richieste e le cancellazioni, sia telefonicamente che via email.- Risolvere tempestivamente eventuali problemi o reclami degli ospiti.- Assistere nella gestione delle attività amministrative quotidiane tra cui il sistema di pagamento, emettere fatture e gestire eventuali discrepanze.- Mantenere la reception e l'area lobby in ordine e ben presentate.Requisiti: - È preferibile un'esperienza pregressa come receptionist o in ruoli simili nel settore alberghiero.- Conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese (altre lingue saranno considerate un plus).- Ottime capacità comunicative e interpersonali fornendo un servizio clienti eccellente.- Gestione autonoma delle attività in un ambiente frenetico e dinamico garantendo alta professionalità.- Conoscenza nell'uso di sistemi di prenotazione alberghiera o software simili.Offriamo: - Ambiente di lavoro giovane, dinamico e stimolante.- Opportunità di crescita professionale all'interno di una catena alberghiera in espansione.- Ticket restaurant
