OverviewJoin to apply for theAzure Data Architectrole atNTT DATA Europe & Latam.NTT DATA helps organizations navigate the rapid evolution of technology, meet increasing customer expectations, and through innovation and deep industry expertise, provides the skills and resources to drive digital development.We are a company where creativity, competence, technology, and collaboration blend seamlessly, and we work with a smile because we invest in the well-being of our people.For us, "smile working" means creating a welcoming work environment, investing in people's training, and rewarding teamwork.Expressing new ideas is always encouraged.Guided by these values, we offer consulting to companies at every project stage, from strategy and concept to process impacts and final implementation.NTT DATA is headquartered in Tokyo with over 123,000 professionals across more than 50 countries.ResponsibilitiesYour role as an Azure Data Architect at NTT Data involves supporting customers in Big Data projects, collaborating with business analysts and solution architects to understand use cases, data needs, and outcome objectives.You will deliver data acquisition, transformation, cleansing, conversion, compression, and loading of data into data lakes for analytics and machine learning models.The Azure Data Architect at NTT Data understands the challenges of a cloud-native environment, can think outside the box to find innovative yet simple solutions, and shares these solutions with the team.We seek an engineer who can bridge Data Science and Data Engineering, with a clear understanding of both fields.If you are a Data Scientist seeking more experience in data preparation, or a Data Engineer interested in Data Science, and you embrace a KAIZEN approach to continuously improve your skills, you may fit as an Azure Data Engineer in NTT Data's Business Intelligence Service Line, in a culturally rich environment blending Japanese and European elements.Required SkillsExperience in a cloud-native environment on at least one major public cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure), with 5 years preferred on AzureKnowledge of Big Data architectures, both cloud and on-premiseAzure infrastructure and networking experienceProven ability to develop and deliver proofs-of-concept addressing specific business needs using appropriate techniques and technologiesExperience migrating workloads from on-premises to cloudExperience monitoring distributed infrastructure using Azure tools or open-source tools like Grafana, PrometheusProficiency in Java, Scala, Python, shell scriptingSQL knowledgeExperience with Agile methodologies and KanbanExperience leading medium-sized teamsHands-on experience with Apache Spark, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and other Azure ETL/ELT toolsAdditional desirable skills include other Big Data certifications (Cloudera, Databricks), experience with non-Azure ETL/ELT tools, and data visualization solutions (PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau)LocationRome, Milan, Turin, Bari, Cosenza, Bologna, Salerno, Treviso, Pisa, and NaplesNTT DATA is an equal opportunity employer.We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Engineering and Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and Consulting#J-*****-Ljbffr
