Construction Manager – Settore Office/Hospitality - Milano IMS Srl, società di consulenza ingegneristica, ricerca per un progetto in collaborazione con un'importante azienda partner General Contractor , attiva nella ristrutturazione Luxury, Residenziale e Office , un/una Construction Manager con esperienza nel settore. Cosa farai nel ruolo di Construction Manager: Gestire operativamente il cantiere, garantendo sicurezza, coordinamento e continuità operativa Coordinare fornitori e subappaltatori, verificando l'avanzamento delle attività secondo cronoprogramma Controllare accessi e DPI, svolgendo il ruolo di preposto/a in materia di sicurezza Interfacciarti con Project Manager, Direzione Lavori e Cliente per l'allineamento tecnico-operativo Monitorare approvvigionamenti e supportare la gestione di varianti tecniche Redigere report periodici e curare la documentazione di qualità Requisiti richiesti per il ruolo di Construction Manager: Esperienza di almeno 3 anni come Construction/Site Manager in cantieri Office o Residenziali Attestato di Preposto/a Competenze nella gestione tecnica, operativa ed economica del cantiere Conoscenza di MS Project e software CAD Disponibilità a trasferte su cantieri dislocati sul territorio nazionale Sede operativa: Milano, con disponibilità a trasferimenti su tutto il territorio nazionale (alloggio fornito) Orario: Lun–Ven 4 ore il sabato Contratto: Collaborazione P.IVA o Co.Co.Co., con possibilità di stabilizzazione Selezione a cura di IMS Srl per azienda cliente La selezione rispetta i principi di diversity, equity & inclusion.
