Adecco Permanent Recruitment ricerca un/a:Junior Production Supervisor.L'aziendaSi tratta un'azienda solida e innovativa che opera nel settore tessile, con particolare attenzione alla qualità, alla tecnologia e allo sviluppo continuo dei processi produttivi.Sarai una figura chiave a supporto del Responsabile di Reparto e del team operativo.Responsabilità principali • Supportare il Responsabile di Reparto nella gestione quotidiana delle attività • Supervisionare l'avvio e la conduzione delle macchine, garantendo qualità e sicurezza • Coordinare e affiancare gli operatori di linea, promuovendo corrette procedure operative • Collaborare con il team tecnico per la manutenzione ordinaria e la risoluzione di fermi macchina • Contribuire all'organizzazione del flusso di lavoro e all'ottimizzazione dei tempi di produzione • Monitorare la qualità dei materiali in ingresso e dei prodotti finiti • Supportare l'introduzione di nuove tecnologie e processi, inclusi test di laboratorio e prove industrialiRequisiti • Diploma • Esperienza pregressa in contesti produttivi industriali, preferibilmente tessile o affini • Conoscenza (anche di base) dei processi tessili o di trasformazione materie plastiche/poliuretaniche • Disponibilità a lavorare su GiornataSoft Skills • Proattività e problem solving • Precisione e orientamento alla qualità • Flessibilità e apertura all'apprendimento di nuove tecnologie • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e gestione delle risorse • Buone capacità organizzativeOffertaInserimento diretto in AziendaAmbiente innovativo e in crescita, con possibilità di sviluppo professionale in un reparto chiave della produzioneSede di lavoro: provincia di Biella (BI) Range retributivo: *************** € in base alla seniority
