We are looking for a Group Environmental Footprint Expert to join our Group Sustainability Team based in Milan.How you make the differenceYou will play a crucial role in reducing Bolton's environmental footprint, enhancing climate and water resilience, and embedding sustainability across the Group's strategy and operations, while driving innovation and continuous improvement in environmental performance.How your agenda looks like:Quantify Boltonenvironmental footprints, such as carbon emissions, water balance, energy consumption, and waste generation, collecting, managing and analyzing environmental data.DesignGroup environmental strategies and policies, in collaboration with the Business Units, to reduce environmental impacts, including the climate transition plan (mitigation and adaptation), water stewardship strategy and sustainable sourcing policies.Preparereportsfor internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and sustainability disclosures (e.g., CDP, ESRS), as well as steer the company in setting the climateScience Based Targets.Coordinateenvironmental audits(limited assurance in line with the GHG Protocol) andrisk assessmentsto identify areas for improvement (TCFD, ISSB).Explorenew technologies or practicesthat reduce emissions and enhance climate and water resilience.Liaise withcorporate stakeholdersin the climate, water and circularity areas, like the Climate Business Partner Network.Your team:You'll directly report to our Group Chief Sustainability Officer.The role does not include direct reports.What makes you a great fit:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering;Work Experience: 4-5 years of experience in climate-related projects within large multinational companies;Technical Skills:Strong knowledge of environmental science, sustainability frameworks, and life cycle assessment (LCA and PCF; Scope 1, 2 and 3).Familiarity with ISO *****, ETS Scheme, GHG Protocol and SBTi.Familiarity with Carbon Credits.Proficiency in decarbonization roadmaps' development.Proficiency in data analysis tools, sustainability reporting platforms and suppliers' engagement tool like ECOVADIS.Local language: fluency in English, any other language is considered a plus.What's in for you:Contract type: PermanentWorking Hours: Full TimeRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options availableCurious About Us?Dive In:About BoltonBolton is an Italian family-owned fast-moving consumer goods company with ****** people located across 60 offices, 17 production facilities, 10 R&D laboratories, and 14 fishing vessels worldwide.With a diverse portfolio of over 60 quality brands, Bolton has been enriching the lives of millions of people every day for more than 75 years, making their everyday more delicious, more enjoyable, useful, and beautiful.#J-*****-Ljbffr
