Overview Sei appassionato di analisi e controllo?Ti piace affrontare nuove sfide in un contesto internazionale e in continua evoluzione?CHI È TENNANTTennant Company è un leader riconosciuto a livello globale nel settore delle attrezzature per la pulizia.Da oltre 150 anni, siamo animati dalla passione per lo sviluppo e la produzione di soluzioni innovative e sostenibili per i nostri clienti.In Tennant Company, ci impegniamo per la tutela dell\'ambiente e per la creazione di un mondo più pulito, sicuro e sano.Con impianti produttivi, operazioni commerciali, servizi e funzioni di supporto presenti in tutto il mondo, il tuo percorso in Tennant può portarti dove non avresti mai immaginato.Scopo della posizioneRiportando al Quality Engineer, durante questo stage avrai l\'opportunità di acquisire esperienza pratica nel controllo qualità e nella gestione della sicurezza all\'interno di un ambiente manifatturiero dinamico.Supporterai il Quality Engineer nel garantire che i processi produttivi rispettino gli standard qualitativi, nell\'analisi dei dati qualità e nella promozione di iniziative legate alla sicurezza sul lavoro.Responsabilità principaliSupportare il Quality Manager nel controllo e nella verifica del processo produttivo, assicurandone la conformità agli standard di qualità.Analizzare i dati relativi alla qualità per identificare aree di miglioramento e proporre soluzioni concrete.Partecipare attivamente alla gestione delle non conformità e all\'implementazione di azioni correttive e preventive.Supportare l\'analisi e la gestione della documentazione relativa a distinte base, specifiche prodotto e procedure aziendali.Collaborare con i vari reparti (Produzione, Logistica, Ingegneria) per garantire il rispetto degli standard qualitativi aziendali.Contribuire alla redazione della documentazione relativa alla sicurezza e al monitoraggio delle condizioni di sicurezza in azienda, segnalando eventuali rischi o non conformità.Requisiti ed esperienze richiesteLaurea o percorso di studi in Ingegneria Industriale, Economia Aziendale o settori affini.Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana.Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.Spiccate capacità di lavoro in team, comunicazione e collaborazione.Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office, in particolare Excel, con capacità di analisi e gestione dei dati.Conoscenza base dei sistemi di gestione qualità (ISO ****, ISO *****, ecc.) costituisce un plus.Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli, capacità di problem-solving e orientamento al miglioramento continuo.Cosa offriamoQuesta opportunità di stage extra-curricolare ti permetterà di lavorare in un ambiente stimolante e all\'interno di un team internazionale.Avrai numerose opportunità per sviluppare ulteriormente le tue competenze e assumere maggiori responsabilità.Se sei appassionato di qualità, sicurezza e desideroso di crescere professionalmente in un contesto dinamico, questa è l\'opportunità giusta per te#J-*****-Ljbffr
