Maintenance Engineer Sede : Milano Rogoredo( MI), Lombardia(IT) Tipo di Impiego : Full TimeDescrizione della posizioneSiamo alla ricerca di un Ingegnere di Manutenzione altamente motivato e con solida esperienza nel settore Oil & Gas.La risorsa sarà responsabile di garantire l'affidabilità e la disponibilità delle principali attrezzature, supportando diversi progetti e contribuendo al miglioramento continuo dei processi di manutenzione.Responsabilità principaliMonitorare la disponibilità degli impianti e identificare eventuali criticità, proponendo soluzioni efficaci.Supportare i team di progetto in caso di guasti, manutenzioni ordinarie, straordinarie e ispezioni, assicurando la piena operatività delle installazioni.Coordinarsi con fornitori e service partner per interventi programmati e non programmati.Proporre miglioramenti ai sistemi di gestione della manutenzione e ai processi relativi ai ricambi.Preparare dashboard KPI di manutenzione per diversi progetti O&M e svilupparne di nuovi quando necessario.Supportare la modifica e l'aggiornamento dei piani di manutenzione nel sistema di Maintenance Management.Analizzare la strategia dei ricambi, confrontare fabbisogni e disponibilità, e aggiornare i piani correlati.Stimare attività e risorse necessarie proponendo ottimizzazioni per rispettare i programmi di progetto.Operare come Maintenance Activity Planner all'interno dei progetti assegnati.Revisionare le richieste di Management of Change in collaborazione con il dipartimento HSE.Fornire assistenza ai vari team di progetto su tematiche di manutenzione e gestione dei ricambi.Partecipare a iniziative di Maintenance Re-Engineering (miglioramento CMMS, introduzione di nuove apparecchiature, ecc.).Condurre analisi di ritorno d'esperienza e affidabilità al fine di migliorare l'efficienza manutentiva.Partecipare a progetti di innovazione e valutazione di nuovi strumenti o tecnologie.RequisitiLingua : Inglese fluente.Esperienza consolidata nel settore Oil & Gas.Software: Ottima conoscenza di MS Office e SAP PM.Competenze trasversali: spiccate capacità comunicative, attitudine proattiva, capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari.Cosa offriamoInserimento in un contesto internazionale e dinamico.Opportunità di crescita professionale in progetti complessi e tecnologicamente avanzati.Ambiente orientato al miglioramento continuo e all'innovazione.Se pensi possa essere la posizione giusta per te, non esitare a candidarti e ad inoltrarci il tuo CV#J-*****-Ljbffr
