Business Development RepresentativeHybrid Work Mode | Remote + Regular Meetings in L'AquilaWho we areIntuos is bringing digital solutions for aviation training and operations to make processes smarter, safer and more efficient, thanks to:advanced management software"ready-to-use" electronic devicesproactive and predictive analytics based on flight sensor data.Our goal is to support industry operators in overcoming challenges related to:inefficient and error-prone manual processeslack of real-time data on aircraft and pilot performancemaintenance programs rigid and non-predictive.What will you do?You will join the Intuos sales team and work closely with the Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and grow the company's market presence.Your main activities will include:identify and contact potential customers in target marketsmanage initial contacts with prospectspresent Intuos services and solutions clearly and professionallycollaborate with the Sales Manager in defining business development strategiesupdate your CRM and monitor sales KPIssupport marketing and lead generation campaigns.Who are we looking for?We are looking for a proactive, curious, and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong commercial attitude.Requirements:excellent knowledge of Italian and English (B2 or higher)knowledge of a third language (e.g. French, German, or Spanish) is considered a plusprevious experience in business development or sales rolesgood command of digital tools (CRM, Office, marketing automation )ability to work in a team and manage one's own activities independentlyexcellent interpersonal skills, with the determination and curiosity to matchself-disciplined and able to work well independentlyable to think outside the box, and be flexible when the role requires ita passion for the world of flight or experience in the aeronautical sector will be considered a plus.Working methodsmostly remote, with operational autonomy and flexibilityavailability for periodic meetings in L'Aquila for team activities, training and planning (approximately on a quarterly basis)availability to travel internationally (fairs, customers, partners).What we offerjoin a young, dynamic and growing teaman innovative and international environment, in a sector with high potentialcompensation commensurate with experience and resultsprofessional growth path in the sales roleimmerse yourself in the world of flight and the most advanced technologies for managing aeronautical data.??
