Main Purpose of the roleThe Group RDQ Quality & Food Safety Manager will work closely with R&D, Legal, Regulatory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT and/or other relevant business functions to ensure alignment of the overall project objectives.He/she is hereafter responsible for execution and implementation of quality and food safety programs globally.The Group RDQ Quality & Food Safety Manager will report to the Group RDQ Quality Director and will work in an exciting international environment with global reach.What you will doSupport the development and improvement of Perfetti Van Melle QMS policiesEnsure compliance with international and local food regulations as well as customers requirementsLead internal and external audits; coordinate corrective and preventive actions planDefine and roll out Global Business Policies, Standards and GuidelinesCoordinate quality programs in the field of digitalization, sustainability and quality control.Ensure proper implementation and deployment of new standards and systemsSupport non conformity or consumer complaints investigation and resolutionDrive Quality and food safety cultureRegular business travel ca.25% averageOur Perfect CandidateYou have a degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry and/or related areasYou have 5 - 8 years' experience in a Quality and/or Food Safety Organisation in a global food industry companyExperience in one or more of the following areas is a must: Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Food Safety, QMS (Quality Management Systems), food manufacturing quality, quality and food safety standards, quality and food safety certification systems, crisis and recall management, consumer complaint management, quality and food safety audits, HACCP, risk management, GMP, food manufacturing hygieneStrong knowledge of FSSC *****, BRC, or SQF standardsYou have a continuous improvement mindset and can challenge status quoStrong analytical and problem solving skills.You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to drive impactful processes, work cross-functionally and influence stakeholdersHere in Perfetti Van Melle there is a culture of respect and valorization of diversity.Therefore, applications, recruiting processes and development paths in the company are opportunities open to all people without any type of discrimination.#J-*****-Ljbffr
