What you'll doReporting to the CTO, you'll:Design complex solutions across applications, integrations, data, and cloud.Make sure architectures are scalable, secure, and high-performing.Optimize and scale cloud-based applications.Guide teams on architectural best practices and standards.Evaluate new technologies and suggest what to adopt.Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams as a trusted advisor.Present decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Mentor engineers and solution architects.Play an active role in architecture reviews and forums.? What we're looking forSolid experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Solution Architect in enterprise environments.5–10 years in software engineering with strong Java skills (J2EE, multithreaded services, web apps).Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms, and storage.Hands- on knowledge of microservices (Spring Boot, Micronaut, Quarkus).Familiarity with architectural/data patterns (Saga, CQRS, Event Sourcing).Strong understanding of distributed transactions.Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.Familiarity with API Gateway, OIDC authentication, and network architecture.AI-savvy: capable of designing AI-enabled solutions (xLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, Agents).Agile mindset with Scrum experience (Jira, Confluence).Experience in financial services is a plus.A bit moreThe company welcomes people from all backgrounds and values diversity in every form.Everyone's contribution matters equally in a respectful, inclusive workplace.#J-*****-Ljbffr
