Field: digital payments & financial technologyKey ResponsibilitiesCloud Infrastructure ManagementProvision, configure & maintain complex cloud environments on AWS & Oracle Cloud Automate resource provisioning using IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation), ensuring consistency, traceability & version controlApply knowledge of cloud networking concepts (VPC, subnets, routing, peering), auto-scaling, load balancing & identity/access management (IAM, policies, roles)Automation & CI/CDDesign, implement & maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, deployment & release processes (AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy &/OR BitBucketUnderstand continuous integration strategies, including branching models, artifact management, rollback procedures & staging/production environmentsFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) & orchestration platforms (ECS, EKS or K8S) is considered a plusMonitoring & ObservabilityImplement monitoring, logging & alerting solutions to ensure system reliability & proactive incident response (CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus or similar)Design & configure Grafana dashboards, defining key metrics & automated alertsSecurity & AutomationApply cloud security best practices, including identity & access management, data encryption (KMS) & secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager or HashiCorp Vault)Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to streamline operational tasksNice-to-haveExperience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)Familiarity with infrastructure testing frameworks (Terratest, AWS Config Rules)Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for ITSM & documentationLocation: hybrid 3/5 – RomeFreelancers are highly welcomed tooCandidates of any gender identity, after reviewing the mandatory privacy notice available at are kindly requested to submit their CV in PDF format, quoting the reference number (Ref. ******).
