OverviewTJX Companies at TJX Europe offers opportunities for growth, exploration, and achievement.You'll be part of a diverse, collaborative team that prioritises development across Distribution Centers, Corporate Offices, and Retail Stores—TK Maxx & Homesense.TJX is a Fortune 100 company and the world's leading off-price retailer.PositionMerchandise Assistant - appartenente alle categorie protetteKey ResponsibilitiesGestione delle comunicazioni con venditori e fornitori.Supporto ai Buyer nell'inserimento e nel follow-up degli ordini, in costante contatto con i colleghi delle sedi estere.Attività di back-office e supporto amministrativo: redazione di lettere, documenti ed email.Raccolta, compilazione e analisi dei dati per la preparazione di report a supporto delle attività del Buyer di riferimento.Coordinare e comunicare l'itinerario settimanale dei Buyers.Assistere i Buyers nella preparazione degli ordini e nella modifica di POs non logistici/dating issues.Garantire che tutti i campioni siano controllati in modo efficace e puntuale; lavorare con i Buyers per gestire campioni di produzione.Supportare il team con attività generali di amministrazione (posta, fax, fotocopie, inserimento di nuovi Buyers, spese, gestione delle ferie, ecc.).Organizzare viaggi per i team di buying/intake.Aggiornare la lista fornitori attiva e ricercare nuovi fornitori.Supportare la preparazione per lo style out, strategia e riunioni (pacchetti strategici, mood board, campioni).Supportare con la gestione della documentazione e delle informazioni sui fornitori.Fornire supporto di ricerca per individuare nuovi fornitori tramite internet, riviste, ecc.Potenziale coinvolgimento in viaggi aziendali in base alle necessità dell'azienda.Qualifiche e CompetenzeOttima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e orale, per comunicazioni aziendali.Proattività e buone capacità comunicative in contesto internazionale.Buona padronanza di Microsoft Excel; competenze informatiche generali solide.Capacità di problem solving e gestione efficace delle priorità.Organizzazione di riunioni, conferenze e viaggi aziendali.Attività di front-desk: accoglienza di colleghi delle sedi estere, visitatori e corrieri.Buone capacità organizzative e di multitasking, attenzione ai dettagli.Capacità di lavorare sia autonomamente sia in team.LingueInglese (necessario – business proficient).Lingue europee rappresentano un plus.LuoghiFlorence & Milan (Italy)Note sull'aziendaAs proud as we are of our past success, it's our future that excites us most.We strive to provide opportunities for growth, recognition and a competitive salary and benefits package.We consider all applicants for employment without regard to age, disability, gender, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnerships, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and/or sexual orientation.#J-*****-Ljbffr
