Program Consultant Italy (all genders) HRS Group – Join us in Milan as a Program Consultant for our global enterprise clients.About HRS GroupHRS is a pioneer in business travel, offering an end-to-end digital platform powered by ProcureTech, TravelTech, and FinTech.With over 50 years of experience, our technology transforms how companies and travelers stay, work, and pay.Business UnitIn Procurement Solutions we manage the full supply chain: Intelligent Procurement, Smart Booking and Invisible Payment.Our focus is to continuously optimize hotel programs based on consolidated spend and behavioral data, negotiate the best conditions, and ensure seamless availability across booking channels.MissionAs a Program Consultant you act as the strategic advisor and performance driver for our global enterprise clients.You own the entire travel spend—across Transient, Meetings & Groups, and Longstay—ensuring alignment with business objectives in savings, traveler satisfaction, sustainability, and compliance.You enable the AI-powered Copilot Platform, guiding customers to achieve their goals.ImpactDrive measurable value by connecting business goals to data and insights, strengthen customer relationships through local supplier negotiations, and deepen engagement to support upsell and cross-sell success.Key ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the customer's total travel spend across all categories (Transient, Meetings & Groups, Longstay) and both managed and unmanaged spend.Map and manage key stakeholders within the customer's organization—across markets, business units, and functions—to build a strong internal network and identify expansion opportunities.Consult the customer on strategic goals in savings, traveler satisfaction, sustainability, and compliance.Lead the negotiation process for the customer's individual hotel program and conduct targeted re-negotiations to achieve optimal outcomes.Guide the customer through HRS' Copilot AI platform, ensuring "next best actions" are understood, adopted, and executed effectively.Support the Customer Success Manager in upsell and cross-sell initiatives, grounding every recommendation in performance data and insights.RequirementsExceptional communication skills – articulate value, share success stories, and influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong negotiation capabilities – experienced in leading commercial discussions with suppliers and procurement stakeholders.Customer-centric mindset – understand client needs, speak their business language, and connect strategic objectives with measurable results.Project management skills – structured, goal-oriented, and comfortable driving complex cross-functional initiatives.Analytical and insight-driven approach – leverage AI-generated data and insights to interpret results and guide customers.Fluent in Italian and English; other languages are a plus.Experience in travel-related industries, particularly for enterprise B2B clients, is a plus.PerspectiveAccess a global network of intrapreneurs dedicated to renewing the travel industry.Enjoy an entrepreneurial environment with full ownership and continuous learning through retrospectives and improvement initiatives.Location, Mobility, IncentiveCompetitive remuneration that includes a fixed monthly salary, mobility allowances, equipment, and an annual bonus.Based in Milan with a hybrid working model.Seniority LevelAssociateEmployment TypeFull-timeIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting, Software Development, and Technology, Information and InternetReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at HRS Group by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
