This is your opportunity to take your career to the next level, embrace new challenges, and continue making a difference.We work for a brighter future, thinking today about the world of tomorrow.Don't miss the chance to shape your #FutureInSight with usENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB:The Operational S&OP Coordinator (Supply Focus) is responsible for ensuring alignment between global demand and supply capabilities within the S&OP cycle.The role supports the consolidation and execution of short-to-long term supply plans, ensuring availability of finished goods, optimal capacity utilization, and balanced inventory levels across the network.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:- Consolidate supply plans from manufacturing and procurement teams to support the S&OP cycle.- Monitor supply performance vs. demand, identifying constraints and proposing mitigation actions.- Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement to ensure alignment with market priorities.- Prepare and update monthly S&OP reports and capacity review materials.- Support scenario planning for capacity reallocation and inventory optimization.- Facilitate communication between supply, procurement, and market teams.- Track supplier lead times, production adherence, and service performance KPIs.- Support the implementation of digital tools and process standardization initiatives.- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in S&OP inputs.- Collaborate with Demand and Finance to ensure coherent operational and financial planning assumptions.MAIN REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field.- 3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.- Experience with ERP and planning tools.- Proficient in Excel and Business Intelligence.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach.- Ability to work cross-functionally in an international context.- Fluency in English; Italian.WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?In EssilorLuxottica you have the feeling of being part of a "success story", no matter where you work in the EssilorLuxottica world, you can really make an impact.Are you ready for this challenge?If yes, we are waiting for you.Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
