Food & Beverage Manager Settore : Hotellerie | Luogo : FirenzePer un resort di recente apertura alle porte di Firenze, parte di un gruppo internazionale, siamo alla ricerca di un / una Food & Beverage Manager.Dotato di 15 sale meeting e una ballroom (+400pax) e circondato da ampi spazi verdi esterni, strutture sportive, piscina all'aperto, aree wellness e spa, il resort combina l'offerta per eventi MICE, convention e corporate con i servizi e il comfort di un'esperienza leisure di alto livello.Siamo alla ricerca di un / una Food & Beverage Manager che entri a far parte di questo progetto ambizioso, capace di guidare la divisione F&B con visione strategica e creatività operativa.La risorsa riporterà direttamente al General Manager.Gestire e coordinare l'intera divisione F&B, su ristoranti, bar, pool & lounge, room service e outlet multipli.Sviluppare e implementare una proposta gastronomica coerente con lo stile del resort : collaborando con l'Executive Chef su menu engineering, selezione wine / food cost, standard qualitativi, offerta per eventi MICE e leisure.Coordinare banqueting, eventi, servizi catering interni per meeting & congressi, eventi aziendali, cerimonie e occasioni speciali.Pianificare e gestire budget, forecast, CAPEX e KPI, con l'obiettivo di massimizzare ricavi e margini, mantenendo alti standard brand-compliant.Supervisione operativa e qualitativa dei servizi : guest satisfaction, qualità del servizio, esperienza ospite, controllo costi, compliance, sicurezza.Leadership del team F&B : reclutamento, formazione continua, coaching, definizione processi e standard service, creazione di un ambiente di lavoro motivante.Comprovata esperienza come F&B Manager o ruolo analogo in contesti complessi : hotel / resort 4–5* upper-upscale, con outlet multipli (ristoranti, bar, pool / terrace, room service), e con operatività sia leisure che MICE / banqueting.Forte orientamento alla qualità di servizio, capacità di gestire volumi variabili, eventi, banchetti, e di adattarsi a dinamiche dinamiche e complesse.Ottima padronanza di italiano e inglese.Attitudine al problem solving, controllo costi, gestione budget e valorizzazione dell'esperienza ospite.#J-*****-Ljbffr
