We arePramac, a Generac Company, leading the evolution to more resilient, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions.Established in ****, we have always evolved, expanding our product portfolio and becoming the global benchmark to produce generators and warehouse material handling equipment.Our diverse business lines ensure the company is a leading player in a wide variety of global markets.Pramac, part of the third-largest group worldwide in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for anIndustrial Engineer & Continuous Improvement Specialistto join theManufacturing Engineering Teamat its Head Quarter inCasole D'Elsa, Siena (Italy).Purpose:Reporting to theInternationalManufacturing Engineering Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement, supporting activities and initiatives aimed at enhancing the industrial performance of the site, in particular by eliminating waste, improving flexibility, labor efficiency, and service levels.Main Activities:Support the success of process improvement initiatives by implementing policies, procedures, and process documentation, coordinating with the various functions involved.Contribute to the plant transformation, technology transfer, and continuous maintenance of value streams.Support the implementation of demand-driven production fundamentals and strategies that enhance operational excellence and long-term plans (flexibility, speed, and responsiveness).Help ensure that product, material, and information flows are synchronized to achieve maximum efficiency and minimum operating cost.Work closely with production staff to promote continuous improvement of production methods, systems, and controls.Monitor and supervise methodological correctness in project development, efficient resource use, and robustness of results, providing timely feedback to the relevant structures.Act as a facilitator for change management, the implementation of key improvement programs, and the effective measurement of Key Performance Indicators.Requirements:Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical EngineeringFluent EnglishWilling to travel occasionally to the Group's subsidiariesKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeGood understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and CAD softwareSoft Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving abilityTeamwork skillsWork Location:Casole d'Elsa (Siena, Italy)If you believe you have the right skills for this role, please share your profile with us and do not hesitate to get in touch
