Created by a number of entreprenors in ****, the group was born from a common development ambition across the major European regions and is now located in 42 locations spread over 7 countries (France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands and Spain).As a multi-specialist , we are active in 8 main business sectors (Automotive, Aeronautics, Rail, Heavy Industry, Energy, IT/Telecom, Lifesciences, Banking/Finance) and bring our expertise to all our clients on their innovation projects R&D and operational performance.Our consultants from engineering, IT & Lifesciences, who create ingenious solutions , bring and develop their skills and know-how daily on projects that are as diverse as they are enrichingMission:As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in IT, Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant) and Energy, we are looking for an Electro-Mechanical Maintanance Technician - Automation sector to integrate our team of consultants and bring your expertise on all our projects.What is the challenge?Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated electromechanical systems, including conveyors, sorters, lifts, and robotic handling equipment.Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and control issues in coordination with automation and IT teams.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and reduce downtime.Supervise and mentor junior technicians during maintenance activities and troubleshooting.Ensure compliance with safety procedures, maintenance standards, and documentation requirements.Liaise with OEMs, contractors, and system integrators when required.Technical skills:Technical diploma or degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Maintenance.Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance of automated or industrial equipment (intralogistics, packaging, or manufacturing).Desirable knowledge of PLC-based systems (Siemens, Allen-Bradley preferred) and electromechanical components (sensors, drives, actuators).Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.Willingness to work on shifts and provide on-call support when needed.Soft skills:Fluent in ItalianOther information:Workplace: Pontenure (PC), Emilia Romagna, ItalyNo barrier should hold talent back Committed to equal opportunities, our Group is part of an inclusive approach: every position is open to everyone, and we actively support the integration of people with disabilities.This announcement is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with Laws ****** and ******, and to people of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with Legislative Decrees ****** and ******
