community—and the world at large.What will you be doing?As Design Lead, you will drive strategic initiatives at the intersection of design, product strategy and innovation, partnering with clients to envision and deliver experiences that create measurable business impact.You will own the entire product development lifecycle: identifying opportunities, shaping concepts, and ensuring solutions meet both user needs and client objectives.You will take primary responsibility for project execution, guiding multidisciplinary teams in day-to-day engagements, while contributing hands-on to key deliverables with quality and resilience, and building strong client relationships that enable follow-on work.You will collaborate to expand our business by crafting proposals and presenting to prospective clients, working closely with Account Teams and discipline leaders.You will help advance and strengthen the studio's design capabilities, methodologies, teams and skills, while driving thought leadership within your discipline and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.By contributing to both client success and internal excellence, you will reinforce frog's reputation as a leader in product innovation and support the continuous growth of our people and practices.We want you to have:7+ years of professional human centered design 'thinking & doing' consulting experience with specific experience in one or more areas of the product development lifecycle, for example, as a Service Designer, Product Designer, Design Strategist or Experience DesignerAn outstanding track record as a design leader and contributor for experience strategies, digital products and services, and design systems that delight customers/users and achieve business resultsSolid skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management, with a collaborative and proactive attitude towards cross-functional teamwork.Ability to deeply understand market dynamics and innovation-driven business models, translating insights into strong, impactful experiences visions.Outstanding consultancy attitude with a pragmatic, data-informed, ability to turn business insights into meaningful, user-centered, value propositions.Proficiency with the latest AI-driven design tools and techniques, and emerging interaction models and UX patterns.Proficiency with contemporary research, design, and prototyping tools and methodologies.Affinity with frog's values and a passion for creating products that meet people's functional and emotional needsHigh peer, end-user, or client satisfaction with the work products that you createdStrong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide high-performing teams using persuasion and influence (rather than command and control)Strong presentation and storytelling skillsWillingness to travel for research, project delivery, and client meetingsBusiness level ability in English (Italian language not required)It would be a bonus if you had:A university degree in a relevant design, business, technology, or social science disciplineA business strategy or a related field.Experience working in a variety of organisations (start-up, corporate, agency/consultancy)Academic, professional, or life experience from outside the design field that enriches your perspective as a designerPublished thought
