We are Startup Bakery , an Italian startup studio that builds B2B SaaS companies from scratch.We design and develop products that combine a simple and intuitive user experience, data-driven processes, and Artificial Intelligence, following a lean approach and focusing on solutions that generate real value and a positive impact on people and the planet .How We Work Trust & initiative – take ownership, experiment, and don't be afraid of making mistakes.Work-life balance – results matter, not working hours.Flexibility – work remotely or join us at our Milan HQ whenever collaboration (and fun) is needed.Posizione : We are looking for a Freelance Frontend Software Developer to collaborate on an innovative project developed by Startup Bakery.You will be responsible for building modern, high-quality user interfaces, working closely with product, backend, and design teams.In a fast-moving and flexible environment, you will actively contribute to frontend architecture decisions and directly see the impact of your work.Key Responsibilities Develop responsive and high-performance user interfacesBuild and maintain web applications using React and Next.jsCollaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiencesOptimize applications for performance, scalability, and usabilityEnsure code quality, maintainability, and best practicesRequisiti : Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)4+ years of experience as a Frontend Software Engineer / DeveloperStrong proficiency in React and Next.jsPlus : knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or AWSExperience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibilityExperience with version control systems (e.g. Git)Good written and spoken EnglishCollaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a teamAltre informazioni : Freelance collaborationRemote-first, with optional access to our Milan office#J-*****-Ljbffr
