OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead data center projects from inception to delivery.This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales Operations and customers.This position involves managing complex projects related to customized power solutions for data centers.The primary point of contact between customers during project execution will ensure defined scope goals timelines collaboration stakeholders manage multiple functions engineering procurement production quality etc ensuring successful execution continuously identify opportunities improve processes reduce costs efficiency improve process management skills using tools methodologies available industry strongly technical knowledge battery energy storage solutions important requirement success in this position.ResponsibilitiesLead data center projects from inception to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales Operations and customers.Manage complex projects related to customized power solutions for data centers.Serve as the primary point of contact between customers during project execution.Define scope, goals, timelines and milestones; coordinate collaboration among stakeholders.Manage multiple functions (engineering, procurement, production, quality, etc.) to ensure successful execution.Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs and increase efficiency.Apply project management tools, methodologies and best practices to drive project success.Demonstrate strong technical knowledge, including battery energy storage solutions.QualificationsStrong technical knowledge of battery energy storage solutions.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales Operations, customers).Ability to manage scope, timelines, stakeholders and multi-function teams.#J-*****-Ljbffr
