Join to apply for theProduct Manager (Trading)role atKeyrockAbout KeyrockSince our beginnings in ****, we've grown to be a leading change-maker in the digital asset space, renowned for our partnerships and innovation.Today, we partner with over 180 team members across the world.Our diverse team hails from 42 nationalities, with backgrounds ranging from self-taught DeFi natives to PhDs.Predominantly remote, we have hubs in London, Brussels, and Singapore, and host regular online and offline hangouts to keep the crew tight.We are trading on more than 80 exchanges and working with a wide array of asset issuers.As a well-established market maker, our distinctive expertise led us to expand rapidly.Our services span market making, options trading, high-frequency trading, OTC, and DeFi trading desks.But we're more than a service provider.We're an initiator, pioneers in adopting Rust for algorithmic trading, champions of its use in the industry.We support the growth of Web3 startups through our Accelerator Program, inject liquidity into promising DeFi, RWA, and NFT protocols, and push the industry's progress with research and governance initiatives.At Keyrock, we're not just envisioning the future of digital assets.We're actively building it.Mission StatementWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to oversee our High-Frequency Trading (HFT) product vertical.This role is critical to our success, focusing on the discovery, design, and delivery of trading systems where every microsecond counts.ResponsibilitiesDrive product strategy for our HFT systems, ensuring sub-millisecond latency and near-perfect uptime while balancing performance goals with robust risk management and regulatory compliance.Act as the crucial link between our elite trading teams and world-class engineers, translating complex quantitative needs into a clear, actionable roadmap that directly impacts P&L and market share.Develop product roadmap and communicate it clearly to maintain tight alignment between traders, engineering, and business stakeholders.Lead discovery, design, and continuous improvement of HFT systems to maintain competitiveness.Oversee rigorous stress-testing and integrate systems into back-testing frameworks.Define and integrate compliance and regulatory requirements into the product roadmap.Manage key relationships with data providers and exchanges, scanning competitive landscape for strategic opportunities.Ensure *****% uptime for all critical trading systems and underlying infrastructure.Drive commercial impact and strategy to contribute to P&L, market share, and capital efficiency.Qualifications & EssentialsProven experience with low-latency or high-frequency trading systems.Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
