Company Description Fineco Bank is a leading European bank with a 20 years history and a fully digital DNA with a branchless approach since the start.Fineco is one of the banks with the widest products range available.We have developed a truly one-stop-solution which includes trading, investment and payment services.We have developed a 100% proprietary platform for trading and investment which covers all customer needs from trading listed and OTC product to investment product such as mutual funds and ETF.In addition to this we also offer banking and payment solution for domestic and international demand.Position La Risorsa Ricercata Verrà Inserita Nella Direzione Compliance All'interno Della Unit Investment Services e Si Occuperà Principalmente Delle Seguenti Attività Con Riferimento Alle Aree Normative In Ambito Servizi Di Investimento (i.e. MiFID II, TUF, Regolamentazione Consob, PRIIPs, SFDR e IDD) Identificare e monitorare le norme applicabili alla Banca, valutando il loro impatto sui prodotti/servizi/processi/procedure, definire le azioni di adeguamento necessarie e il monitoraggio fino al relativo completamento definire quali politiche, linee guida e/o altre normative interne devono essere poste in essere dal Gruppo supportare la valutazione preventiva dei nuovi prodotti, servizi e materiali di marketing gestire le richieste di parere e di valutazione preventiva provenienti dalle varie strutture della Banca in riferimento alla normativa esterna fornendo supporto mediante analisi e interpretazioni della normativa stessa; evadere le richieste delle Autorità di Vigilanza svolgere attività di oversight sulle società del Gruppo Requirements Laurea in discipline economiche o giuridiche Almeno tre anni di esperienza in ambito Compliance/Audit sui servizi finanziari/assicurativi presso banche e intermediari finanziari Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office Buona conoscenza delle normative inerenti al settore finanziario e assicurativo (con particolare focus su MiFID II, TUF, regolamentazione Consob, IDD); Buona conoscenza dei prodotti finanziari e di investimento assicurativo (IBIPs) e dei servizi di investimento con capacità di analizzare le caratteristiche e i processi di offerta rispetto ai requisiti normativi.Completano il profilo ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, un forte orientamento al risultato ed al problem solving , capacità organizzative e una marcata attitudine al lavoro in team.Other information Sede di lavoro: Milano (alternanza presenza in sede e smart working) Il Gruppo Fineco è orgoglioso di essere un Equal Opportunity Employer e si impegna a creare un ambiente di lavoro sicuro e inclusivo, fondato sul rispetto reciproco e la valorizzazione di qualsiasi diversità, offrendo pari opportunità di lavoro.Fineco "The Place To Be"
