The position is based in Bagno a Ripoli/Florence.The Plant Production Manager reporting directly to the LG Industrial Director will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end internal production operations, including production planning, operational efficiency, and workforce leadership.This role requires exceptional adaptability and the ability to manage complexity, while ensuring sustainable growth, efficiency, and high-level standards.Job responsibilities:- Develop and execute plant operations strategies aligned with business objectives and requirements.- Work together with the other dept. like the industrialization process in order to anticipate/manage and provide solutions to pre-production issues.- Collaborate with the Quality department to define technical aspects and testing activities and verify compliance with the company's quality parameters.- Lead and manage internal production department, ensuring consistent performance, quality standards, and operational excellence.- Oversee production, maintenance, supply chain, and engineering functions to optimize efficiency and productivity.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on lean manufacturing, and process innovation.- Build, lead, and inspire high-performing teams through effective leadership, coaching, and performance management.- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.Profile:- Master's Degree in Engineering or related fields:- At least 10+ years of consolidated experience in similar role in the Fashion industry;- Excellent knowledge of bags, specifically on industrialization and production;- Strategic vision and medium- to long-term planning skills;- Excellent knowledge of production processes, continuous improvement techniques, and safety regulations;- Good problem-solving skills and results-oriented approach;- Strong leadership, communication and management skills;#J-*****-Ljbffr
