Language requirement: Proficiency in Chinese is essentialAbout the CompanyOur client is a leading multinational corporation operating at the forefront of technology, renewable energy, and telecommunications.Committed to innovation and sustainability, the company delivers cutting-edge solutions to meet the rising global demand for clean energy.With a strong presence worldwide and a dedication to environmental responsibility, they play a key role in accelerating the energy transition and empowering industries through state-of-the-art technologies.About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Management Specialist to join the Rome-based team of this international powerhouse.Reporting directly to the Sales Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations, analyzing performance data, ensuring project execution, and maintaining strong client relationships.Fluency in Chinese is a mandatory requirement, as you will collaborate closely with Chinese-speaking teams and stakeholders at both regional and global levels.Key Responsibilities- Sales Target ManagementDefine, implement, and track annual order and revenue targets.Organize the breakdown of objectives and ensure consistent progress through regular sales meetings, reporting, and data-driven analysis.- Sales Pipeline & ForecastingManage the sales pipeline and major accounts.Create order and revenue forecasts, assess risks, and provide analytical insights to support operational and strategic decisions.- Sales Project ManagementOversee full project lifecycles, from initiation to closure.Detect potential issues early, coordinate internal and external resources, and drive resolution to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.- Process & Compliance OversightImprove and promote adherence to regional sales processes, especially in the Opportunity-to-Order (OTO) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycles.Monitor contract signing, internal controls, and compliance with global standards.Requirements- Proven experience in sales and/or project management, with a solid foundation in data analysis, KPI tracking, and business decision support.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive mindset and a solution-oriented approach.- Prior involvement in customer/channel sales, operations, finance, or quality management is a plus.- Proficiency in tools such as PRM, Salesforce, Eplus, or similar enterprise platforms.- Mandatory: Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken), due to frequent interaction with Chinese-speaking teams and documentation.Additional Information- This role is offered through Randstad Italia SpA, an official outsourcing partner of the client company.- Only candidates who are open to a fixed-term contract with renewal potential should apply.- This opportunity is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with Law ******.Ready to Make an Impact?If you're a results-driven professional eager to contribute to a global mission in renewable energy and tech innovation, and if you meet the Chinese language requirement, we want to hear from you.Apply now
