Specialista Value Engineering e Analisi CostiExperis ricerca una figura di Specialista Value Engineering e Analisi Costi per inserimento presso prestigiosa azienda operante nel settore automotive e motorsport.Come il tuo contributo farà la differenzaLa risorsa, inserita all'interno del dipartimento di Procurement, risorsa riporterà direttamente al Head of General Procurement, Systems & Processes, e sarà responsabile della fornitura di analisi dei costi attraverso metodologie e strumenti di Value Analysis e Value Engineering, supportando in modo proattivo la valutazione dei costi di innovazione e definendo i trade-off tra costi variabili e costi fissi in funzione dei volumi produttivi.Responsabilità principaliSupportare le attività di Design to Cost nella definizione tecnica dei componenti durante le fasi di concept, sviluppo e lungo l'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto.Eseguire analisi dettagliate dei costi variabili e fissi sulla base dei requisiti tecnici.Valutare le relazioni tra costi variabili e costi fissi in funzione dei volumi di produzione dei progetti.Utilizzare gli strumenti di gruppo per il dettaglio degli elementi di costo e la costruzione di waterfall analysis.Fornire calcoli specifici relativi a greenfield, brownfield e costi di R&D, utilizzati nei processi di assegnazione dei componenti (es. KLS-KGF, WINK, KENT).Supportare le attività di negoziazione dei buyer di serie, fornendo competenze di analisi costi principalmente nelle fasi di assegnazione business e di modifica contrattuale.Partecipazione a meeting e riunioni (Valutazioni costi nelle fasi di concept dei progetti; Nomination meetings quali LSC, Kick-off, meeting di progetto; Meeting di aggiornamento sullo stato costi di progetto).Interfaccia con Buyer di serie; Nuove linee prodotto / piattaforme; Funzione Finance; Esperti di cost engineering / cost analysis di gruppo (I/BK, K-BW, ecc.); CPO / Head of / Coordinatori di funzione; Società di consulenza esterne per analisi specifiche.Le caratteristiche della persona che stiamo cercandoLaurea magistrale in Ingegneria o materie economiche (Economia e Commercio, Finanza, ecc).Minima esperienza su ruolo e tematiche (saranno positivamente valutati anche profili di neolaureati che abbiano svolto tirocini specifici).Competenze nelle tecnologie manifatturiere (powertrain, metallo, plastica, ecc).Analisi offerte e cost breakdown.OffertaContratto a Tempo Determinato in Somministrazione, con successiva possibilità di proroga, con RAL di circa 38K + bonus.Modalità di lavoroIbrida.Sede di lavoroProvincia di Bologna.#J-*****-Ljbffr
