Are you passionate about being part of a successful teamAre you excited by the prospect of working for an industry leader in Energy TechnologyJoin our teamOur Industry & Energy Technology (IET) team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction production and processing of energy.We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestAs the Commodity Manager / Buyer you will be responsible to negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies.Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.Understands concepts methods procedures and approaches.The Commodity Buyer is responsible for :Developing and executing long term strategies for the assigned commodity ensuring best performance for procurement KPIIntegrating commodity strategies into product leadership engineering and manufacturing objectives.For New Product Development driving supplier selection development and overall supplier management with support of engineering product leadership or other sourcing team in accordance with the business strategyPartnering and being a point of reference for Product Leadership Sales andEngineering for product strategy of the assigned commodityDeveloping negotiation strategies and leading negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives of supply chain for Single PO as well as Strategic PartnershipNegotiating and issuing purchase orders with suppliers achieving lowest possible cost for material balanced against optimum quality and schedule needsDeveloping Sourcing initiatives for cost out program deflation cycle reduction BCC Sourcing and cash flow improvement (e.g. rebate payment terms)Leveraging S&OP data to match and optimize supplier capacity with business goalsFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will :Bachelors / Master degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Economic with experience inprocurement or commodity managementShow a good experience in Procurement Operations Supply ChainEnglish and Italian fluent both in writing and speakingExcellent communication and influencing skillsAnalytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutionsStrong oral and written communication skillsPositive attitude to embrace change and see challenge as opportunityStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to cope with multiple complex situations dailyNegotiation expertiseAbility to document plan market and execute programsAvailability to travelRequired Experience :ManagerKey SkillsAccount Management,Execution,Insurance Management,Import & Export,Catering Operations,Building ElectricianEmployment Type :Full-TimeExperience :yearsVacancy :1#J-*****-Ljbffr
