Therapy and Business Development Consultant, Tuscany RegionDirect message the job poster from Johnson & Johnson MedTech.All Job Posting Locations: Pomezia, Roma, ItalyJob Function: MedTech SalesJob Sub Function: Technical Sales - MedTech (Commission)Job Category: ProfessionalAbout CardiovascularFueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we're developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments.Are you passionate about improving and expanding the possibilities of Cardiovascular?to join a team that's reimagining how we heal?Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery.You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care of heart failure.Your unique talents will help patients on their journey to wellness.Abiomed, part of Johnson & Johnson MedTech, is a leading provider of medical devices that provide circulatory support, with a mission of recovering hearts & saving lives.Abiomed's "Patients First" culture drives our skilled workforce and strong relationships with clinicians.Our innovative product portfolio and robust pipeline provide us the incredible opportunity to bring lifesaving technology to more patients around the world than ever before.Founded in ****, Abiomed has a proven track record for growth, integrity, and innovation.This role is key to Abiomed's adoption and outcome improvement strategies.Our products have continued to expand in Cath Labs and surgical suites across the EMEA and Italy.With our continued success, we are looking to expand our field team.This role will be responsible for delivering enhanced value and impact of our Impella® product portfolio to physicians, hospital staff and our local distribution partner.This role will cover one specific Center-North of Italy territory after a training period conducted on European level.ResponsibilitiesTherapy Development: Establish Impella & Heart Recovery as new Standard of Care in Center-North of Italy area in conjunction with our local distribution partner.Leverage existing accounts for deeper and wider Impella Therapy penetration and build relationships with critical decision makers and KOL'S.Account Management / Account Training: Enable and drive patient growth and clinical performance in key centers throughout the region for all our indications.Coordinate strategy with partners, implement / lead clinical activities and establish transparent case reporting.Initiate and coordinate Abiomed customer training programs.Patient Support: Establish 100% onsite support for elective cases, prioritize patient implant support and bedside visits in ICU-CCU to other tasks as the strongest therapy improvement driver.Improve patient outcomes constantly by implementing latest Abiomed clinical strategies, supporting clinical staff within the cath lab, OR and ICU.Perform After Action Review's with MD's following each case.Establish peer-to-peer networks across the region to share best practices.Plan regular visits to all institutions with active Impella programs to monitor activity and collect clinically relevant data.Distribution partner support: Establish strong relationships with our distribution partner contacts and manage them.RequirementsBachelor's or advanced degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a technical field such as Perfusion or Radiology.Proficiency in English and good knowledge of English.Fluent Italian.Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device with a long stint in cardiovascular space (heart failure preferred).Experience in direct patient support in a Cath Lab, ICU, or CCU preferred.Proven track record of success in launching high-value therapies and achieving high growth rates.Established relationships / network of Interventional Cardiologists and Cath Lab staff in Center-North of Italy region preferred.Ability to roll up sleeves and support physicians and patients anytime.Availability for emergent patient care required.Experience delivering demonstrations and successful trainings.Ability to travel 80%+ within region required (Tuscany).Candidate is based in Tuscany (preferably in Florence).Preferred SkillsBusiness Behavior, Customer Centricity, Customer Effort Score, Goal Attainment, Innovation, Market Expansion, Market Research, Medicines and Device Development and Regulation, Problem Solving, Product Knowledge, Sales Engineering, Solutions Selling, Sustainable Procurement, Vendor Selection.Employment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesHospitals and Health CareReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Johnson & Johnson MedTech by 2x.#J-*****-Ljbffr
