Job Description A Japanese company is currently recruiting a Sales Manager / Sales Representative to work in their Milan office.In this role, you will be responsible for wholesale of food and tenant development sales in Italy, along with management and operations as an assistant to directors in Japan.Job DetailsWork Type: office-basedVisa Support: YesBenefits: Food ticket, Company CarEmployment Type: Full-time, permanentWorking Hours: 9:*******:00 Monday to FridaySalary: Sales Representative €*****k, Sales Manager up to €60k (both positions including bonus)Start: within ****Senior Level: Mid-Senior levelMain ResponsibilitiesWholesale and tenant development sales within ItalyMarket research, business strategy formulation, and proposal of ideasPreparation of sales reportsBusiness trips within Italy and Japan as requiredSales activities within ItalyComprehensive management support for the Italian subsidiary office, approximately 30 domestic tenants, and factoriesFinancial management: fundraising, operations, preparation of financial statements, financial analysis, budget vs. actual management, balance sheet and profit & loss management, cash flow management, preparing cash flow statements, and achieving annual financial targetsSupporting labour and personnel management: recruitment, personnel affairs, payroll management, team building, development and management, employee performance evaluation, resignation proceduresPrevention and resolution of internal issuesGoal setting, operational improvement, design and enhancement of business processes, subordinate development and managementFormulation, execution and analysis of company objectives, business strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs)Implementation and compliance with company policiesReporting company performance and results to the Board of DirectorsBusiness travel within Italy and Japan as requiredSupport for resignation proceduresIdeal CandidateExperience in food industry sales preferred (candidates without sales or industry experience but demonstrating strong interest and enthusiasm are welcome)Excellent team management and communication skillsBusiness-level proficiency in Japanese, English, and ItalianValid driving licencePractical experience in management support or managerial roles within EuropePractical experience in finance, human resources, labour management, and operational managementVisa support may be considered depending on experience.When contacting us, please include the job reference number (Ref: MI*****) at the top of your message.If your application is successful, you will be contacted within two business days.We regret that due to the high volume of applications we receive we cannot provide feedback on individual CVs.#J-*****-Ljbffr
