Randstad Technical Talent Selection è la specialty che si occupa di Ricerca & Selezione di professionisti qualificati in ambito meccanico, ingegneristico e produttivo, seleziona per azienda cliente: sales engineerRetribuzione annua: *****€ - *****€esperienzada 3 a 5 anniRichiesto: - laurea magistrale in Ingegneria; - pregressaesperienza maturata in un ruolo analogo; - capacità di lavorare in autonomia e di lavorare bene in team; - ottime capacitàcomunicative; - passione per latecnologia e l'innovazione; - conoscenza della lingua inglese- diisponibilità a viaggiare fino al 75% Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdi dalle 8,00 alle 17,00.Si offfre: - contesto multinazionale; - formazione; - welfare.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy Randstad (/) ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR).L'ingegnere, inserito in un contesto multinazionale, in collaborazione con il Sales Area Manager, gestisce il processo di vendita, attraverso la corretta definizione delle proposte commerciali, in linea con gli obiettivi di budget e le linee guida della Direzione.La persona sarà coinvolta in attività strategiche con la rete di clienti globali; la flessibilità ad affrontare trasferte è fondamentale.nello specifico: - collabora con il Sales Area Manager nella definizione dei budget di vendita garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi strategici; - gestisce i processi di vendita al fine di consolidare e sviluppare i risultati commerciali raggiungendo i budget assegnati; - garantisce un monitoraggio costante dell'area di mercato assegnata in termini di clienti attuali/potenziali, rischi e trend economici, supportando il Sales Area Manager nella definizione delle attività promozionali più efficaci per lo sviluppo e il consolidamento del business; - garantisce la corretta formulazione delle offerte al fine di definire, in collaborazione con i Technical Area Manager, i requisiti funzionali da soddisfare, gestendo sia gli aspetti finanziari che il processo di negoziazione commerciale.
