JOB DESCRIPTIONCalling all originals: At Levi Strauss & Co., you can be yourself - and be part of something bigger.We're a company of people who like to forge our own path and leave the world better than we found it.Who believe that what makes us different makes us stronger.So add your voice.Make an impact.Find your fit -and your future.ABOUT THE JOBAre you ready to put Levi's at the heart of Italian culture?We're looking for a dynamic and experienced PR & Brand Program Lead to drive brand heat, cultural relevance, and media impact across Italy.Key ResponsibilitiesAs the PR & Brand Program Lead for Italy, you'll own the local PR strategy and brand programming, aligning global and European strategies with local execution to deliver powerful, culture-driving brand moments.You'll lead a talented internal team and external partners to shape Levi's presence in fashion media, pop culture, and lifestyle spaces.Public Relations:Develop and execute integrated PR strategies rooted in consumer insight and market trendsLead PR planning for press days, launches, cultural events, and media partnershipsSecure impactful editorial coverage across fashion, lifestyle, and mainstream mediaManage media relations with an extensive network of journalists, stylists, influencers, and cultural figuresPartner with global and corporate teams on executive media engagements and press materialsBrand Programs:Build and implement 360° brand programs for Italy, focusing on Milan as a cultural epicenterDeliver best-in-class brand experiences that resonate with key communities and drive cultural relevanceAlign with global campaigns while identifying unique local opportunities and partnershipsLead creative storytelling and event execution through top-tier agency partnersLeadership & Collaboration:Lead and develop a high-performing PR & Brand Programs teamCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, cluster, and global teamsOversee PR showroom operations and seasonal product seedingPerformance & Budget:Own the PR budget, planning strategically around brand prioritiesMeasure ROI across media and brand activationsDrive accountability across internal and external teamsABOUT YOU10+ years in PR and brand communications within fashion/apparel/lifestyle, ideally with in-house experienceDeep knowledge of the Italian media landscape and cultural scene, especially MilanA creative, strategic thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics and storytellingExceptional media and influencer relationshipsExperience managing budgets, teams, and agenciesFluent in Italian and EnglishLS&Co.is an affirmative action and equal employment opportunity employer.We welcome and value people from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and experiences to make LS&Co.a collective success.LI-HybridLOCATIONMilan, ItalyFULL TIME/PART TIMEFull timeCurrent LS&Co Employees, apply via your Workday
