Maintenance Technician – Steam Generator Operator Join to apply for theMaintenance Technician – Steam Generator Operatorrole atFidia PharmaFounded in ****, Fidia is an Italian multinational pharmaceutical company, with R&D, manufacturing, marketing and sales capabilities, and an extensive product portfolio, mainly based on Hyaluronic Acid, in strategic therapeutic areas such as Joint care, Eye care, Skin care, Specialty care, Health & Wellness care.Headquartered in Abano Terme (PD), Fidia extends its global reach through local partners and distributors in 120+ countries worldwide, as well as through wholly owned subsidiaries.With the aim of strengthening the Maintenance team, we are looking for aMaintenance Technician – Steam Generator Operatorwho will apply the procedures for activating and operating the heating and purification systems, ensuring that they are functioning properly, within the production plant at the Abano Terme facility.Main responsibilities:Verify that the data, parameters and indicators collected comply with the reference standards, in order to keep the physical, chemical and organoleptic properties of the water intended for distribution under control.Constantly monitor the systems to identify any malfunctions and propose appropriate solutions.Ensure the operation of the machinery by following the procedures indicated, adjusting the configuration parameters according to the specific requirements of the purification cycle, and ensuring compliance with the required service levels.Carry out routine and extraordinary maintenance on the systems according to defined procedures in order to prevent breakdowns, ensure the continuity of the purification cycle and comply with environmental standards.Accurately compile and update technical documentation relating to the plant.Requirements:Professional or technical diploma in Thermotechnics, Mechanics or Electrical field.At least 3 years' previous experience in operating steam generators and biological purifiers.Second Level Licence for Steam Generator Operators.Excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and familiarity with chemicals for boiler management, purifiers and closed-circuit water systems.Knowledge of the Office suite.Basic knowledge of English at A2 level.Problem solving, listening skills and team working.Our offer:Permanent contract."C" grading of chemical pharmaceutical national collective agreement.Salary between € ****** and € ******.Collective bonus and company welfare.In Fidia you will have unlimited access to training and coaching programs aligned with market best practices and opportunities for professional development through participation in internal job posting processes, pension fund with company integration and health fund, merit review and referral programs, company canteen, staff discounts and access to the flu vaccination campaign.Fidia Farmaceutici promotes parity and inclusion in all its actions.All people from the status of candidate to that of employee and throughout the duration of their employment relationship are entitled to the same opportunities and protections regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, migration background, religion, nationality, age.All company procedures are therefore drafted in compliance with the principles expressed in the previous point; any divergences should be promptly brought to the attention of the People & Culture Department.Seniority level:Mid-Senior levelEmployment type:Full-timeJob function:ManufacturingIndustries:Pharmaceutical Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
