This role involves advanced troubleshooting, second-level support, and proactive maintenance of network devices, servers (physical and virtual), and related infrastructure components. The position requires strong technical skills and close collaboration with the Head of IT Infrastructure and the Cyber Security Office to adhere to security best practices.Key Responsibilities· Provide advanced Help Desk support for complex issues related to networking, server operating systems, and infrastructure components.· Diagnose and resolve incidents promptly to minimize downtime.· Perform regular maintenance, patching, and updates on server operating systems (Windows/Linux).· Monitor server performance and ensure high availability.· Maintain and troubleshoot network devices such as firewalls, switches, access points, and VPN systems.· Ensure proper configuration and security of network components.· Manage virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar) and assist in cloud infrastructure operations.· Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure configurations and changes.· Follow ITIL processes and internal compliance standards.· Work closely with the Cyber Security Office to implement security guidelines and best practices.· Support vulnerability remediation and participate in security audits.· Assist in infrastructure-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.· Provide technical input for planning and execution of infrastructure initiatives.· Use monitoring tools to proactively identify performance issues and optimize systems.· Suggest improvements for scalability and reliability.Required Skills & Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.· 3+ years in IT infrastructure support or administration.· Hands-on experience with networking, server OS (Windows/Linux), and virtualization platforms.· Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, switches, and wireless technologies.· Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and virtualization technologies.· Experience with monitoring and backup solutions.· Problem-solving and analytical thinking.· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.· Good communication and teamwork skills.Location: Hybrid remote and Offices Torino or Milano.What we offer-Permanent full-time contract-A flexible and innovative approach to remote working that adapts to your needs (see:-Ambitious and people-centered work environment — we invest in your growth and well-being-Professional experience in an international setting, with a young and multicultural team (31+ nationalities)-Cross-functional collaboration to strengthen communication and teamwork skillsThis announcement is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with Law ****** and Legislative Decree ********, and to people of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with Legislative Decrees ****** and ******
