Join to apply for the Ralph Lauren Business Development & Intelligence Manager - PT & TRrole at BoF CareersCompany DescriptionRalph Lauren Corporation (NYSE:RL) is a global leader in the design, marketing and distribution of premium lifestyle products in five categories: apparel, accessories, home, fragrances, and hospitality.For more than 50 years, Ralph Lauren's reputation and distinctive image have been consistently developed across an expanding number of products, brands and international markets.The Company's brand names, which include Ralph Lauren, Ralph Lauren Collection, Ralph Lauren Purple Label, Polo Ralph Lauren, Double RL, Lauren Ralph Lauren, Polo Ralph Lauren Children, Chaps, among others, constitute one of the world's most widely recognized families of consumer brands.At Ralph Lauren, we unite and inspire the communities within our company as well as those in which we serve by amplifying voices and perspectives to create a culture of belonging, ensuring inclusion, and fairness for all.We foster a culture of inclusion through: Talent, Education & Communication, Employee Groups and Celebration.Position OverviewThe Business Development and Intelligence Manager, Partner Territories and Travel Retail is responsible for helping the organization to obtain better brand recognition and financial growth, supporting scouting and activation of new Stores, new Corners and new Wholesale opportunities in Middle East, Africa India, CIS and cross Travel Retail EMEA.He/She is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting large sets of business data to help drive strategic decisions within the organization.This role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, business operations, and strategic planning, with the ability to deliver smart Strategic Business presentations to senior leadership to support business growth and optimization.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate, analyze and discuss 5Y business development plan with regional key accounts, defining together with them strategic commercial directions and highlight risks, opportunities, process bottlenecks, elements to be unlocked and enablers to be activated for reciprocal business successScout and evaluate new business opportunities in the territories; develop presentations for new business materials (GSC decks and RL/Partner profitability overview)Be involved in the set-up of proposals/agreement for new potential partnerships and create/nurture business opportunitiesBe actively involved in projects & capex list monitor and update, discussing regularly with key accounts to properly track amortization plan and forecastTravel Market Research, Trends Analysis and Strategic Planning support: conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer behaviors, and potential risks; conduct SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and competitive analysis to help guide decision-making, with a regional focusDeliver high quality strategic business presentation and market snapshotsAnalyze regional brand positioning and collaborate cross-department to ensure correct pricing structure pre and post marketSupport Management in developing long-term forecasting models and scenario planning to support business strategyStay up to date with the latest BI tools, industry best practices, and market conditions to drive continuous improvement in BI capabilitiesWork closely with Analytics team on reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (i.e. Power BI).Business Process improvements: work with cross-functional teams to ensure that business strategies align with operational capabilities and market realities.Identify inefficiencies or areas for optimization within business processes and recommend data-driven improvements.Experience, Skills & KnowledgeEducation: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics or a related fieldExperience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Strategy, Data Analysis, or a similar role.Experience in consultancy is a plus.Strong experience with BI tools (i.e. Power BI) and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills; knowledge of business operations, KPIs, and key business metrics; good communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders; fluent in English.Personal Attributes: Curious, open-minded and focused on team success, high attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Willingness to learn and to always share knowledge.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionBusiness Development and Sales#J-*****-Ljbffr
