General information KEY INFORMATION: Location: Europe, Italy, Catania Type of contract: Regular Job open date: 29/03/2024 Company department: Software Developer At STMicroelectronics, we are 50,000+ creators and makers of semiconductor technologies.We are a global business that prides itself on diversity - 115+ nationalities and present in 35 countries.Our people are at the heart of everything we do, working with customers and partners to create the innovations that enable the technology of tomorrow.Working at ST means innovating for a future that we want to make smarter, greener, and more sustainable.And doing this in a responsible and sustainable way.Our technology starts with you.Join us and start the futurePOSTING PRESENTATION: We are looking for a Full Stack Web Application Developer to produce scalable software solutions.You'll be part of a cross-functional team that's responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment, working to an integrated set of design and simulation tools called eDesignSuite (//eds.St).As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries.You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.If you're also familiar with Agile methodologies, we'd like to meet you.Responsibilities: Work with application engineers, development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions Design client-side and server-side architecture Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications Write effective APIs Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software Create security and data protection settings Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design Write technical documentation Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software PROFILE REQUIRED: The ideal candidate should own or must have a strong attitude and willingness to study and acquire: Willingness and predisposition to learn, practice and master different software development paradigms Problem solving attitude and an analytical mind Familiarity with common stacks Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.G. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript/Typescript) Knowledge of back-end languages (e.G. Typescript) and front End frameworks and libraries (e.G.
