ABOUT USFounded in **** in Trivero, Italy, the Ermenegildo Zegna Group (NYSE : ZGN) is a global luxury company with a leading position in the high-end menswear business.Through its three complementary brands, the Group reaches a wide range of communities and market segments across the high-end fashion industry, from ZEGNA's timeless luxury to the modern tailoring of Thom Browne, to seductive elegance with TOM FORD FASHION.The Ermenegildo Zegna Group is internationally recognized for its unique Filiera, owned and controlled by the Group, which is made up of the finest Italian textile producers fully integrated with unique luxury manufacturing capabilities, to ensure superior excellence, quality and innovation capacity.The Ermenegildo Zegna Group has more than 7,100 employees worldwide.YOUR OPPORTUNITYAs a Group HR Transformation Manager, based in Milan, you will act as a change facilitator within the HR function, leading global transformation initiatives with a direct impact on efficiency, digitalization, and employee experience.Operating in a complex, international environment, the role requires tactical vision, strong execution capabilities, and cross-functional leadership, fully aligned with the Group One HR program.HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFEHere's how you'll bring this role to life each day - making it your own and shaping it with your unique talents and expertise :Process HarmonizationDesign and standardize global Group HR processes (e.g. onboarding, international mobility, travel management), ensuring alignment, consistency, and compliance.Technology EnablementCoordinate the implementation of digital platforms, ensuring integration with existing systems and maximizing user adoption.Employee ExperienceEnhance the HR Service Delivery model (Shared Services, self-service, chatbots), design digital employee journeys, and implement continuous listening mechanisms to enhance employees' perception of the HR function.Governance & Change ManagementDevelop communication and engagement strategies to drive adoption of new solutions and support the transition to the new Group organizational setup.Innovation & BenchmarkingMonitor market trends and HR best practices, proposing innovative solutions to attract and retain talent.Shared Service Center (SSC) & Global PayrollSupport the design and implementation of regional Shared Service Centers and the deployment of the global payroll provider, ensuring compliance and integration with existing systems and the Group technology roadmap.Program & Portfolio ManagementManage the HR Transformation project portfolio, defining priorities, resources, and milestones, and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with local and global regulations (e.g. GDPR, labor law), identifying and mitigating operational risks.WHO YOU AREThis is how you show up :Solid experience (6–8 years) in HR transformation projects within complex multinational environments.Strong knowledge of HR platforms (Oracle HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) and global payroll processes.Project Management expertise (PMP, Agile) with the ability to manage complex, senior-level stakeholders.Strong change management capabilities.Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.You're known for strong business acumen and results orientation, collaborative leadership and influencing skills, analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.#J-*****-Ljbffr
