Job Title: Junior Energy Engineer (Intern)Job Location: Rome, Milan (Italy)Main Responsibilities:Market Analysis: Conduct detailed engineering analyses of the energy market, identifying customer challenges and opportunities for improvement.Solution Development: Design and propose innovative technical solutions tailored to customer needs and project requirements.Sales Support: Assist in solution planning, preparation of technical presentations, and meeting solution-related sales targets.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless implementation of photovoltaic and renewable energy solutions.Service Strategy Contribution: Gather customer service requirements, analyze industry service trends (e.g., inverter technologies), and contribute to the development and refinement of service strategies.Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical support to senior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Solution Sales team.Requirements:Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical or a related technical field, graduating between January **** and December ****.Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for renewable energy technologies, including photovoltaic systems, inverters, data centers, electric mobility, site power facilities, or embedded power systemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs.
