Job Title: Civil Project ManagerLanguages:Italian (mandatory), English (required)Start Date:ASAPLocation:Buttrio (UD), Italy + monthly travel (approx. 1 week/month)Duration:6 months (renewable)Work Schedule:Full-time, 8 hours/day, 5 days/weekMeals/ Accommodation/ Local Transportation:Covered by the technicianBusiness travel:Reimbursed logisticsJob Description:We are looking for aCivil Project Managerto join our team inButtrio, with availability to travel approximatelyone week per month.The role involves thetechnical and economic managementof civil works projects, ensuringon-time, on-budget, and high-qualitydelivery.The ideal candidate is acivil structural engineer, with strongtechnical and management skills, and a minimum of3/5years of experiencemanaging structured civil works projects, preferably with construction companies or EPC contractors in the industrial plant sector.Key Responsibilities:Fullmanagement of civil project scope(timeline, costs, quality)Project planningusing Microsoft ProjectBudgeting and cost control(Forecasting, Budget Management)Material procurement managementfrom technical drawings (BoQ, material needs)Contractual and operational management of subcontractors(claims, variations, deadlines, progress statements - SAL)Client relationship management(monitoring active progress statements, handling variations, timeline and cost coordination)Reading and interpretingreinforced concrete civil drawingsMonitoring and controlling project progressthrough schedules and reportsBusiness Intelligence reportingand use of management toolsActive participation intechnical documentation preparation(e.g., technical requests - RdO)Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil/Structural EngineeringMinimum3/5years' experiencein managing civil works (preferably in industrial plant environments)Strongtechnical understanding of civil engineeringGood command ofMicrosoft Projectand cost management toolsFluent inItalian,English requiredProactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to handle bothtechnical and managerialaspects of the project#J-*****-Ljbffr
