Project Manager, Città Metropolitana di TorinoCittà Metropolitana di Torino, ItalyLeonardo è uno dei partner industriali strategici del programma GCAP (Global Combat Air Programme), insieme alla britannica BAE Systems e alla giapponese Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, finalizzato allo sviluppo e alla realizzazione di un sistema aereo di nuova generazione, definito come "sistema di sistemi".Impiegato per operazioni multidominio in ambito difesa, il sistema sarà caratterizzato da una "core platform" connessa con altri sistemi periferici "adjuncts", pilotati e non pilotati.Il programma, tra i più sfidanti e avveniristici per l'industria dell'aerospazio e della difesa, guiderà la rivoluzione tecnologica che caratterizzerà il settore nei prossimi cinquant'anni.Una sfida finalizzata a rafforzare la sovranità tecnologica e industriale dei paesi coinvolti, perché punta a identificare e a rendere disponibili quelle tecnologie innovative, dette abilitanti, che assicureranno il salto generazionale, generando ritorni positivi e progresso economico e sociale per l'intero sistema Paese, a beneficio delle nuove generazioni.Le risorse che lavoreranno all'interno di questo programma avranno l'opportunità di accedere ad un percorso di crescita professionale in un contesto internazionale e tecnologicamente avanzato.All'interno dell'Area Program Management, stiamo ricercando un/a Project Managerper le nostre sedi di Torino - C.so Francia o Torino - Caselle.La persona si occuperà delle seguenti attività:Inserimento nel gruppo di gestione programma in UO GCAP a supporto del program manager per le attività di controllo avanzamento di tutti gli stream attivi relativi alle attività di Concepting (Core Platform GCAP e Adjunct)Supporto al Program Manager per le attività di controllo avanzamento progetto in coordinamento con le altre figure operanti in ambito PM e con i referenti divionsaliTitolo di studio:Seniority: Senior (5-10 anni di esperienza)Conoscenze e competenze tecniche:Background in aree di ingegneria preferibilmente in campo avionicoConoscenza di base di tecniche di pianificazione e controllo progetti ad elevato contenuto di innovazione tecnologica e sviluppi ingegneristiciConoscenza delle tecniche di pianificazione (GANTT, PERT, etc.)Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office e ambiente SAPCompetenze comportamentali:Capacità di lavorare in Team con approccio multidisciplinareNecessaria elevata proattivitàConoscenze linguistiche:Livello di Inglese B2, preferibilmente C1Si richiede disponibilità a trasferte su territorio nazionale e internazionale anche di lunga durata.#J-*****-Ljbffr
